I definitely classify as a native having moved to CO when I was 1. I was raised in Colorado Springs and spent every weekend in Denver for traveling basketball teams, so I got my start learning about different areas and neighborhoods of Denver at a young age. I’ve lived in Denver for the last 13 years, and have explored just about every corner of the city. I’ve lived in Centennial, Wash Park, Littleton, Golden, Greenwood Village, and sold houses, been to, and spent time in just about every area of Denver.
Many Realtors are “experts” in neighborhoods, which usually means they’ve bought and sold houses there, know home values, proximity to shopping & restaurants, etc. I feel nothing replaces experiencing life in the city and suburbs, both as a single 20-something and as a parent & husband.

I grew up the son of a realtor, so no surprise I was constantly at showings, open houses and talking about contracts and the markets since middle school. 7 years as a real estate professional and countless years of mentorship has taught me a lot, that I hope to share with you.
My clients tend to understand that any solid realtor will give you comps, facts and well-known aspects of an area or neighborhood. They value how I look out for their best interests. I attended the Colorado School of Mines (Golden, CO) on a basketball scholarship and to try my hand at an engineering career. As by evidence of the fact that you’re reading this, it wasn’t my calling. However, I did benefit from my years there by honing an analytical and statistical approach that makes me very facts and data driven. I also majored in Economics in my time there that gave me the foundation I have today for understanding economic cycles, interest rate markets, and supply/demand principles that I apply to the real estate markets.
I finished my degree in Finance at Fort Hays State University. This has benefited me greatly in understanding investments, risk, and the financial impact of buying a home. I truly feel most real estate professionals lack the background in economics and finance which educate, comfort, and guide clients through a huge financial decision.
I didn’t just get my experience from schooling. I also worked as an Investment Consultant at Charles Schwab and Fidelity for 7 years. This gave me great experience in the overall financial planning process, managing investment risk, and consulting clients on general sound investing principles. These are all things I happily advise my clients on and I feel this has benefited each and every one.
The Fun Stuff
I’m a pretty typical, active Coloradan. Shocker right? I play basketball, sand & grass volleyball, hike, bike, snowboard, rock climb, read, paint, and do most of this with my beautiful daughter and wife. I own a small girl’s and women’s clothing company Keiras Kollection, inspired by my daughter. I also have interests in SEO, online marketing, and start ups.
